Turn Around Time: Our shipping time is given at 7 - 10 days due to the nature of our products being made to order unless noted as RTS! Please allow 1-2 business days for all RTS items to be shipped. Although we give this shipping time, we do strive to get orders out as quickly as possible. Tracking information is always provided for each order via email from shipping platforms such as PirateShip, ShipStation and WiX.

Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not open at this time. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. After this time - we are not liable for any defective items.

Shipping and Delivery: Southern Market is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged after leaving our facility. If this occurs, please contact your local mail carrier (USPS/UPS) to file a claim. Please contact us also to inform us of this problem so we can help any way that we can!

If using our designs to take preorders: You are welcome to use our photos but watermarks are required. When purchasing, please review size charts carefully. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us immediately. We will only replace items that are defective within 48 hours of customer receiving their package. Return Policy:
